BHK means bedroom, hall and kitchen. A 2BHK flat has two bedrooms plus a hall and kitchen. The label does not specify the total area, bathrooms or balcony arrangement.

The collection includes named rooms, shared walls, attached doors with editable swings, exterior windows, fitted kitchen units, bathroom fixtures and measured furniture. Room sizes and the overall plan dimensions follow wall-centre-line conventions.
How do I choose or change a template?
During room setup, select “A furnished flat”. In an existing studio, open “Flat templates” in the library to preview and replace the layout. Replacement preserves project details and supports undo. Export JSON before replacing a design you want to keep.
Will a template fit my property?
Compare the actual footprint, room dimensions, opening positions and fixed services with your survey. Templates are concept examples, not site-specific architectural plans. Confirm structural and service changes with qualified professionals.
