These terms describe use of Vela at velastudio.space and its design planner. By using Vela, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Contact contact@velastudio.space with questions.
1. The current preview
Vela is an evolving design preview. Accounts use Firebase Authentication. Signed-in plans are saved privately in Firestore; guest projects and unsynced drafts stay in your browser. Tracing images are local-only and are not included in cloud saves. Features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. No paid subscription or purchase is offered by this preview.
2. Your designs and uploads
You retain your rights in the plans, text and designs you supply. Upload only material you own or have permission to use. You permit Vela to process that material as needed to display, edit, save and export your project. Do not upload confidential information to a shared device or include other people’s personal information without permission.
3. Appropriate use
Do not use Vela for unlawful activity, distribute malicious files, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the service or other users. Vela’s branding and site content do not become yours through use of the planner. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their applicable licences.
4. Concept designs and estimates
Vela is a visual planning tool, not architectural, structural, engineering or regulatory advice. Geometry, door swings, furniture models, imagery and cost estimates are indicative. Confirm measurements, load-bearing walls, safety clearances, services and local requirements with qualified professionals. Marketing images are inspiration and may be AI-created; they are not promises of planner rendering quality.
5. Saving and availability
Export project JSON files regularly. Cloud saving requires a connection and is complete only when the studio confirms it. Concurrent edits from another tab or device may require recovering your draft as a separate project. Browser storage can be cleared, become unavailable, or be lost when changing devices. Vela does not guarantee recovery of local projects. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Advertising and third-party links
Public pages may show advertisements when enabled and based on applicable privacy choices. An advertisement or third-party link does not mean Vela endorses the supplier or guarantees its claims. Review the supplier’s own terms before making a purchase. Vela’s planner and its cost estimates do not create an order with a supplier.
7. Privacy, changes and questions
Read the Privacy policy and cookies information for data practices and optional services. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
